1. Pressure-bearing shell: The design pressure of the pump body and pump cover is 5.0Mpa, forming an independent pressure chamber, which is safe and reliable. The pump body has a volute structure. If the outlet is larger than or equal to 80mm, the double volute structure can well balance the radial force and ensure the rigidity of the rotor. The pump cover is rigidly designed, with strong pressure bearing capacity and high reliability;

2. Rotor: It adopts a closed impeller, and uses a balancing hole and sealing ring structure to balance the axial force: the shaft is a bare shaft structure, and the stiffness index of the pump shaft meets the requirements of API61011 "Appendix K." At the same time, the impeller nut anti-reverse structure is used to meet The on-site working condition requirements improve the safety and stability of the equipment;

3. Bearing components: The bearing components adopt an overall pull-out design, which enables inspection and maintenance of the pump without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines and motors; the bearings use 40-degree angular contact ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings installed back-to-back to withstand the load. Radial force, rotor weight and residual axial force; the bearings are lubricated with grease, which is easy to keep in the bearings and can also prevent the impact of dust and moisture on the bearings.
