Product features

1. Impeller: The first-stage impeller has excellent cavitation resistance. The secondary impeller adopts an efficient hydraulic model to ensure the hydraulic performance of the pump. Each stage impeller is positioned separately with a snap ring to improve positioning accuracy;

2. Bearing components: Angular contact ball bearings installed in pairs are used as thrust bearings to withstand the residual axial force at the moment of starting and during operation; the bearing lubrication method is thin oil lubrication, and a fan or cooling coil design is used to reduce Bearing temperature rise, the bearing parts are equipped with standard temperature measurement and vibration measurement holes, which can monitor the operating status of the unit at all times to ensure the smooth operation of the pump;

3. Intermediate support: It adopts multi-point support design, and the support span between sliding bearings meets the requirements of API610 standard. At the same time, sliding bearings are installed before and after the first-stage impeller, at the suction port of the secondary impeller, and between the last-stage impeller and the inlet and outlet sections to ensure that the pump rotor has sufficient support stiffness. The bushing material can be selected according to different working conditions. Such as antimony-impregnated graphite, composite materials, etc.;

4. Mechanical seal: The sealing system complies with the requirements of API682 4th Edition "Centrifugal Pump and Rotary Condensing System" and Sinopec material procurement standards, and can be configured with various forms of sealing, flushing, and cooling solutions;

5. Inlet and outlet sections: The inlet and outlet sections adopt a welded structure and are equipped with shell drainage and exhaust interfaces;

6. Balance pipeline: The balance pipeline is connected from the balance chamber to the outlet of the first-stage impeller to ensure that the balance chamber has at least the head pressure of the first-stage impeller to avoid vaporization when transporting light hydrocarbon media.
