Product features

The OH2 series petrochemical process pump is a horizontal, single-stage, radially split cantilever centrifugal pump. This series of pumps has a separate bearing box to bear all the forces exerted on the pump shaft and ensure the rotor position. The pump is installed On the base and connected to its driver by a flexible coupling.

1. Pump body: The pump body adopts a volute structure design. The pump body outlet ≥DN80 adopts a double volute hydraulic design, which balances the radial force to the greatest extent. The flange orifice size is designed according to the requirements of API610. The pump body The centerline support can improve thermal stability and withstand higher nozzle load. The drainage interface of the pump body is welded and integrally flanged;

Bearing components: The bearing components (bearing box, bearing, shaft, gland, pump cover, etc.) adopt an overall pull-out design, which enables inspection and maintenance of the pump without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines. The bearing components adopt a rigid design, and there is no bearing bracket at the end of the bearing box;

3. Shaft: The shaft is a bare shaft structure, and the stiffness index of the pump shaft meets the requirements of API61011 Appendix K. At the same time, the impeller nut anti-reverse structure is adopted to meet the needs of on-site working conditions and improve the safety and stability of the equipment.

4. Axial force balance: Wear-resistant rings are designed on both sides of the impeller, and a balance hole is opened on the inside to make the pressure on both sides of the impeller self-balance, and the thrust bearing only bears a lower load.

5. Bearings and lubrication: The front bearing (the bearing close to the pump head) uses deep groove ball bearings, which only bear radial force. The rear bearing (the bearing close to the driving end) uses a pair of angular contact ball bearings (73 series) or a pair of tapered roller bearings (31 series); the bearings adopt an oil ring lubrication structure, and a bearing isolator type seal can be selected according to user needs Or labyrinth seal.

6. Mechanical seal: The sealing cavity size complies with API682 4th "Shaft Seal System for Centrifugal Pumps and Rotary Pumps", and various forms of sealing, flushing, and cooling solutions can be configured.
