Product features

1. Pressure-bearing shell: The pump body adopts a volute structure design. The pump body outlet ≥ DN80 adopts a double volute hydraulic design, which balances the radial force to the greatest extent. The pump body inlet can be connected to a filter screen to facilitate pumping. The medium is used for filtration; the liquid outlet pipe adopts a side outlet structure, which has small hydraulic loss and high efficiency;

2. Bearing components: The bearings adopt diagonal angular contact ball bearings installed back-to-back. The bearing sleeves are installed on the shaft to facilitate the adjustment of the axial position of the rotor. The bearing components can be lubricated with grease, thin oil or lubricated according to the requirements of different working conditions. There are three types of oil mist lubrication, and the bearing components can be equipped with bearing temperature measurement and vibration measurement holes to meet the on-site monitoring requirements for bearing operation conditions;

3. Support components: It adopts a multi-point support structure. The span of the support points meets the requirements of API610 standard. There is a pair of angular contact ball bearings above the base plate. Each short shaft under the base plate is supported by sliding bearings. The sliding bearings are fixed in the middle support. On the frame, the middle support frame is connected to the support tube;

4. Impeller: The impeller has two structures: closed and semi-open. When the viscosity is large or there are many particles and impurities, the semi-open structure should be used, otherwise the closed structure should be used;

5. Bushing and flushing pipeline: Different materials can be used for the bushing to suit different working conditions. Such as: filled with polytetrafluoroethylene, graphite impregnated materials, lead bronze, PEEK carbon fiber filling materials, etc. The flushing of the bushing can be selected from two structures: flushing and external flushing. Different structures meet different working conditions requirements;

6. Sealing: The seal can use various forms such as packing seals, mechanical seals (including single-end seals, double-end seals, series seals, dry gas seals, etc.) to meet the needs of users in different working conditions to ensure the safety of the medium. delivery.
