Product features

1. Pump body: The pump body adopts a double scroll chamber structure to reduce radial force, reduce shaft load, and extend the service life of the bearings; centerline installation and support structures at both ends can improve the performance of the pump due to temperature rise under high temperature conditions. The height may cause expansion and deformation of the pump body; the inlet and outlet of the pump body can be configured in various directions to facilitate the user's pipeline arrangement;

2. Pump cover: The pump cover has a rigid design, strong pressure-bearing capacity, and high reliability. A highly reliable metal winding gasket is used to seal the pump body and the pump cover, making it easier to transport high-temperature, toxic, harmful, and easily vaporized media;

3. Impeller: The single-stage structure generally uses a double-suction impeller to reduce the NPSH of the pump and reduce the installation cost of the device. At the same time, the double-suction impeller can balance the axial force generated by itself: the two-stage structure generally uses the first-stage double-suction and the second-stage impeller. The first-stage single-suction structure and the first-stage double suction can take into account the cavitation requirements of the pump. The secondary impeller uses a balance hole to balance the axial pressure, and the residual axial force is borne by the bearing. For working conditions with low requirements on cavitation performance and high efficiency, a two-stage single-suction back-to-back or face-to-face structure can be considered;

4. Shaft: It adopts a rigid shaft design with small deflection. If the shaft diameter is greater than 60mm, it is designed as a conical shaft extension, which facilitates the installation and disassembly of couplings, bearings and seals;

5. Bearings and lubrication: The bearings use oil-ring self-lubricating rolling bearings or sliding bearing structures according to the shaft power and speed. When a rolling bearing structure is selected, the driving end uses a deep groove ball bearing to provide radial support, and the non-driven end is equipped with a pair of angular contact ball bearings to limit the axial movement of the rotor and simultaneously provide radial support; when a sliding bearing is used , the radial sliding bearings at both ends play a radial support role, and a pair of angular contact ball bearings are arranged behind the radial bearing at the non-driving end to limit the axial movement of the rotor;

6. Mechanical seal: The sealing system complies with the requirements of API682 4th Edition "Centrifugal Pump and Rotary Pump Sealing System" and Sinopec material procurement standards, and can be configured with various forms of sealing, flushing, and cooling solutions.
