Product features

1. Shell: The two ends of the shell are supported (foot supports) to withstand high axial and radial loads. The rotor components can be installed and disassembled without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipelines during maintenance. It is easy to repair and maintain. Advantages such as low cost;

2. Double-suction impeller: The impeller adopts a closed structure with water inlet from both sides. The axial force of the impeller is balanced by the symmetrical arrangement of its blades. Double-suction impeller improves cavitation resistance NPSH;

3. Shaft: The pump shaft adopts a rigid shaft, which can ensure the smooth and safe operation of the rotor in various performance ranges. In terms of materials, it also adopts a bare shaft design, and the pump shaft material and flow-through material ensure the same material grade;

4. Shaft seal: The sealing system implements the 4th edition of API682 "Centrifugal Pump and Rotary Pump Sealing System", and can be configured with various forms of sealing, flushing, and cooling solutions;

5. Bearings and lubrication: The bearings are designed to withstand residual axial force, and rolling bearings or sliding bearings can be used depending on the working conditions. 360° integrated bearing bracket, standard configuration is thin oil lubrication. The bearing frame adopts an air-cooled or water-cooled structure, which has the characteristics of long service life and high reliability, giving the pump the advantages of smooth overall operation and low vibration value;

6. Impeller rotation direction: For conventional pump types, when viewed from the motor end, the pump rotation direction is counterclockwise. According to customer requirements, it can be designed to rotate clockwise.
