- Principle
Medium and low pressure double-suction twin screw pump, a self-priming positive displacement rotary lobe pump, two screws that do not contact each other are meshed with each other in the pump body, and the medium is sucked in by the screw from the symmetrical two directions through the inlet of the pump body, and the medium is efficiently output to the mouth along the axial direction, and maintains a continuous axial liquid flow and stable outlet pressure.
2.Structure
Two screws are radially supported and axially positioned by rolling bearings, and the main screw driven by prime mover drives driven driven screw to rotate by synchronous gear. The bearing and the timing gear maintain a small gap between the screws, thus preventing metal contact between the moving parts. The rotor at both ends conveys the medium in both directions, and the axial force is self-balanced. The screw rod is a split structure, which is assembled by a shaft and a screw sleeve rotor mounted on the shaft.
