1. Material composition content The composition content of a material is definitely the most important factor, and if the material does not meet the standard, its service life cannot be guaranteed.

2. Precision of machining and assembly The precision of machining and assembly also greatly affects the service life of the pump. Inadequate implementation of one of these two tasks can lead to uneven force distribution of the slurry pump, especially for flow components that may be damaged during high-speed rotation due to uneven force distribution.

3. The on-site usage conditions of the pump are wide, so the service life of the slurry pump under different operating conditions is definitely different. The analysis is as follows:

1) The properties of the slurry are different: for example, iron ore, gold ore, river sand extraction, mud water, coal washing plants. Due to the large differences in the hardness, concentration, particle size, temperature, and other conditions of the materials to be processed, the service life is definitely different. Generally speaking, the pumps used in coal washing plants are relatively durable, followed by sand extraction, and the wear and tear of iron ore, especially gold ore, will be more severe.

2) The influence of concentration: The same pump and slurry have different service lives under different concentration conditions. The higher the concentration, the shorter the service life.

3) The impact of head: Similarly, for the same material, the higher the head that needs to be transported, the higher the requirement for pump speed, and thus the service life of pump parts will be reduced.

4) The quality of maintenance and upkeep, we know, requires regular maintenance for all equipment, and the quality of maintenance can also affect the service life of pump spares.
