Structural characteristics of submersible pump:

1. The pump is divided into two structures: hydraulic motor drive and motor drive. When the motor is driven, the motor is protected by a mechanical seal, which can effectively prevent high-pressure water and impurities from entering the inner cavity of the motor; When the hydraulic motor is driven, the pump bearing assembly is protected by a mechanical seal, which can effectively prevent high-pressure water and impurities from entering the inner cavity of the bearing assembly.

2. In addition to the main impeller, there is also a stirring impeller, which can stir the slag precipitated at the bottom of the water into turbulence and extract it.

3. The main flow parts such as impeller and stirring impeller are made of high wear-resistant materials, which are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, non-clogging, and have strong sewage discharge capacity, and can effectively pass through large solid particles.

4. It is not limited by the suction stroke, the slag suction efficiency is high, and the dredging is more thorough.

5. There is no need to equip an auxiliary vacuum pump, and the investment is lower.

6. There is no need to equip auxiliary stirring or spraying device, and the operation is more convenient.

7. The motor dives underwater, without the need to build complex ground protection and fixing devices, and the management is more convenient.

8. The stirring impeller is in direct contact with the sedimentation surface, and the concentration is controlled by the diving depth, so the concentration control is more free.

9. The equipment works directly under the water, without noise and vibration, and the site is more tidy.

10. The rotation direction of the pump is clockwise from the drive end.

Submersible slurry pump applications:

1.Dredging of rivers, lakes, reservoirs and ports

2. Pumping sand from rivers, lakes and seas and reclamation of land in areas

3. Sediment and mud pumping and discharge during engineering construction

4. Sediment cleaning of municipal pipelines and rainwater pumping stations

5. Cleaning of steel mill sedimentation tank, concentrator sedimentation tank, power plant coal sedimentation tank, and sewage plant oxidation ditch sedimentation tank

6. Conveying of blast furnace slag and slag in iron and steel plant

7. Concentrator tailings, slag and slurry transportation

8. Coal mine cinder, coal slime and coal slurry removal

9. Transportation of fly ash, slime and coal slurry in power plants

10. Convey all kinds of corundum, quartz sand and steel slag solid particles

11. Slurry material conveying containing various impurities and large solid particles
