Application of expeller seal (centrifugal seal)

Although centrifugal seal is suitable for most pumps running in most mines and quarry fields, in some cases, covering or mechanical sealing is a better choice.

Corporal sealing depends on the axis speed and only plays a higher pressure than the leaf wheel. Therefore, they are not applicable to applications with different operating speeds, total raises and inhalation pressure. The drainage pump of the filter filter, the management of the transgender pond, and the frequent opening and closing pumps are not suitable for this dynamic sealing method.

Similarly, due to the risk of leakage when the shaft is not rotated, the centrifugal sealing parts have specific filler and lubrication requirements, and are not suitable for the pump that handles hazardous chemicals.

Compared with the cover, the centrifugal sealing parts do consume a small amount of extra energy. Although this is far lower than the water cost of small pumps, the power cost of large pumps makes centrifugal seal a bad choice.
