6/4D-AH horizontal slurry pump is a cantilever centrifugal slurry pump, suitable for transporting abrasive or corrosive slurry, and is widely used in metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical industry, coal, electric power, transportation, river dredging, Building materials and municipal engineering departments.

6/4D-AH slurry pump has an inlet of 150mm and an outlet of 100mm. The maximum allowed supporting motor power is 55kw. The transmission modes include belt transmission and coupling transmission.

The flow parts of 6/4D-AH slurry pump are made of high chromium alloy, and the flow parts of 6/4D-AHR are made of natural rubber. Except for the different flow parts, other parts of the two are common.

Commonly used high-chromium alloy accessories for Shijiazhuang 6/4D-AH slurry pumps include: impeller (E4147), shaft sleeve (E4110), Throat bush(E4083), and FPL (E4041).

Commonly used rubber accessories for 6/4D-AHR slurry pumps include: rubber impeller (E4147R), cover plater liner rubber CPL(E4018R), Frame plate liner(FPL)(E4036R), and Throat bush rubber (E4083R).

Common accessories for 6/4D-AH high chromium alloy slurry pump and 6/4D-AHR rubber slurry pump include: shaft sleeve (D075), water seal ring (D063), packing gland (D044), expeller ring ( DAM029), expeller(DAM028).

The inlet sealing gasket of the 6/4D-AH high chromium alloy slurry pump is (E4060) and the outlet sealing gasket is (E4132XLP).

There are three types of impeller seals, expeller seal, packing seal and mechanical seal.

(1) Expeller seal: When the positive pressure value of the pump inlet is not greater than 10% of the pump outlet pressure value, expeller seal can be used in a single-stage pump or a first-stage pump in a multi-stage series. The auxiliary impeller shaft seal has special characteristics. Shaft sealing water is required, the slurry is not diluted, and the shaft sealing effect is good.

(2) Packing seal: The packing seal has a simple structure and is easy to maintain, but shaft seal water must be used. The packing seal can be used in conditions where expeller seal is not suitable.

(3) Mechanical seal: The mechanical seal has good sealing effect and must use cooling water.
