1. Cylinder: According to the flange pressure level, the cylinder has two structures: casting or forging; the centerline support of the cylinder can improve thermal stability and withstand higher nozzle load.

2. Core package: The core package (guide vane, impeller assembly, shaft, pump cover, bearing box, etc.) adopts an overall withdrawable design, which enables inspection and maintenance of the pump without moving the inlet and outlet pipelines.

3. Impeller and guide vane: The impeller and guide vane are precision cast. The standard impeller and shaft are slip-mounted and fixed step by step in half-rings. For heavy duty working conditions, the impeller is an interference fit, and a step is used at each stage of the impeller. The shaft structure facilitates installation and maintenance; DN80 (outlet) and above specifications can be equipped with a first-stage double-suction impeller to improve cavitation resistance NPSH.

4. Axial force balance: The impellers are arranged in series and use a balance drum to balance the axial force, and the residual axial force is borne by the thrust bearing; the impellers are arranged back to back symmetrically to self-balance the axial force, and the intermediate bushing and throat bushing balance the residual shaft force, the thrust bearing only bears lower loads.

5. Bearings and lubrication: The bearings use oil ring self-lubricating structure bearings or forced lubrication structure bearings according to the shaft power and speed. The whole series adopts bearing isolator type seals, and the carbon steel bearing box is supported at 360°. The bearing box can be fanned Cooling or water cooling available.
